Not a problem, servers aren't cheap in some cases. This one isn't too bad for 52 a month.

I have read the rules, they are quite simple and easy to understand. I personally hate griefers and people that are rude. I'd like to think of myself as nice, though I can't be the one to judge myself or anyone else for that matter. I'll be nice until do something wrong against me or toward me. I'm which case I just won't talk to them, haha.
Point being if by try not to get banned you mean just play the game like it's supposed to be played and have fun... Then I shouldn't have any issues
