Feeling unapreciated?

Ok well this is a subject that i have wanted to touch lately but i havent and now that one of our admins turned against us over this i have to speak about it, so the problem is that some of you work your asses of more than others and i talk to a crew of people on the server, not all, which makes you people i dont talk to much feel unappreciated... first of all this is not a game, the way this server works is we have me the owner who runs the server, makes sure everything is going smooth if we get any major problems etc. then we got our staff that right now i will say run everything in this server, if it wasnt for them we would be nothing, then we got members "MOST" are little whiny bitches, not all but most who like i said just like to bash and complain, from now and on our members get the least respect on this server, advertiser get treated like loyal members simply because they take the time to advertise for us, how ever members and i mean like they trouble makers or new ones, do not treat them like a god if your a higher rank, specially if your a staff member, promoters do not be scared to mute these assholes that come ask how to build get told and ask again, just mute them or kick them also dont a abuse this dont mute or kick first time askers just the ones who ask 2 or more times and just if they do it frequently, but the fact that member get treated with less respect doesnt mean you can bash on them, treat them fairly but since they are the less respected group if they talk smack to you or anything mute them, these guys are the ones that make you feel unappreciated aswell and most of you are scared to do something, dont be, if they really talk smack to you or just anyone else on the server jail them or mute them for a while... also like i said this is not a fucking game, you do not join this server looking for respect, if you became a staff member its because you volunteered, so please dont cry about respect, we got people saying things like 'well ive been on this server for like 3 months and im still promoter" and to that i say BITCH SHUT THE FUCK UP! this is not a fucking race to get ranked up, this is a fucking server to have fun you fucking idiot if you want to rank up on something go play call of duty or join a gang you idiot, this is a fucking server to have fun... but overall, staff do not feel unappreciated, like i said you make this server keep running and without you WE AINT SHIT
