Promoters Demoting Wave

Ok so im doing another promoter clean up, the worst are now getting demoted with reasons why

any of these guys that were demoted dont get more chances, i have done a clean up before and my staff repromoted them, dont do that

[Spocke] - [DEMOTED] - Reason: 98 posts, shows me you are not helping much
[hargy88] - [DEMOTED] - Your range was banned so you cant even play here anymore
[xiViiTaL] - [DEMOTED] - 91 posts, wow you don't do shit
[touratou123] - [DEMOTED] - wow you literally have not approved for crap since you got promoted all you do is complain about the server being down, PEACE NOOB
[Daimonas01] - [PASSED] - 166 posts, your not doing awesome but its good enough to pass
[dkburberry] - [DEMOTED] You were approved almost a month ago and have like 40 posts!!! WHAT THA FUCKITY FUCK FUCK

then it must have to do with server location, because no one else lags as you describe

Actually joker occasionally like the other day that happens to me it took like 5 mins for my login to be sucessful i get the same thing occasionally not nearly as often now though
