Looking for 3 co owners

Ok so i have made a decision, i need 3 other people to be top dogs in this game, the main reason im so stressed out is because every single major report goes to me, well i dont always want to make the decisions, i am the owner but i cant be on 24/7 i dont want to quit nor do i want to whitelist/ make the server premium because thats what the haters are looking for me to do, so what i will do is this, we have many donations right now and we can upgrade our power, it will be 50usd a month however which just will be way harder to pay and idk if we are ready to take the move, anyway what i will do is upgrade the ram and make another world were only vip's and higher can access, its king of like creative world but its not going to be a flat world, you can also survive in this world, what is this going to do? well for our donators, its going to give them a better experience, there will really be no griefing at all in that world which is good, it can also be bad as in its not much fun if all you member friends cant come with you but i just simply want to give you the option to build somewhere were you can actually survive and not get griefed

as for the 3 co owners,
here are some requirements,
we must talk on skype through voice alot
must have donated
must be admin or mod
and must be mature

3 co owners??
hmm ok but with 3 co owners there wont be much mods/admins and we would have to find some new ones

I meet requirements as well.
- I am admin
- I have donated 20 usd going to donate 25 more towmorrow.
- Agree with skype. But I wont talk so mutch because my English voice is retarded and sounds like an 12 year old kido

But rated MUST get co owner he have done so mutch for the server.
