griefing wheat

hello i was just banned but i dont think i deserve it, taking wheat is not griefing. taking something that takes forever to get is griefing suchs as diamond or iron or gold. wheat... now thats stupid. i can buy his stuff all back and pay him 5k if he wants i dont care. i just want to play again
