i love ac, its a lot more efficaint at long range compard to dc, also you can step up/ down the voltage by a transfrmer, you can even plug your ps3 into the 230 ac suply and play assassins creed, the most epuic game ever!!!

just to note thats 230volts in the uk (not sure if its the same elsewhere) i know the Hz is differant in the US.
