Post another promoter app in 4 weeks and make sure you met ALL the requirements before posting to avoid wasting our time reading this

No. You have to wait for 4 weeks even with in 1 week you completed all the requirements.

Hmm , i had to wait 2 weeks.. but i made only 1 promoter app too

If You Apply Again 1 Week from now you Will have to wait 2 Weeks from the New app until you can apply again

If Your App Got Denied and Then You Post another 1 Week Later
You Have to Wait 2 Weeks from the date that you posted your new app
