Sorry but I'd say denied until you can get those things up to par. Even then there needs to be an open promoter spot, as there are only allotted so many at once.

There is like 5 promoter slots open ATM i think but i am sure there is promoter slots open

Either way the other requirements must be met first.

Have to be 13 to be promoter mate.

no dude i just wanna fit in on the server and i dont feel like i do cuz im 12 so maybe higher ranks will help me become more like on of everyones friends..

well i got all those up i donated (which should show dedication and plan to donate 16 more soon) i have 50 posts and i think that the temp ban from that grierfer who set me off screwed me over
