i was building and asking why my friend got banned ,cuz the same thing happened to him it wont let him join server

even ask tht and halo4master also jack harrison i disconnected and tried to join next morning and it says"the ban hammer has spoken!"

I dont think i was on..... it's because i went to watch an episode of anime then come back for like 45 minutes then go watch an anime episode then come back again.
