Why were you banned if given reason -ray it came up with

Give me your side of the story of whatever happened:i was doing my mineing at bedrock couse thats where the best ore is and a friend gave a tip dig random up down side ways intill u find dirt because thats where lava is.so i took his advise and dug around and it worked i was getting alot when suddenly i got diamond stright after each other then got ban x-ray. was this a joke or was this really a ban? plz reply . thanks

I got that problem too, everyone inGame said: Omg entario u are using X-ray, so I let them tpa to me and showed them I was just in a big cave with my flymod, and understood me.
