I believe you can spawn almost anywhere. I believe there's even the chance of spawning in a lava pit. Wonder why the server crashed though.

YEAH i and one guy spawn in a lava pool but luckily we never die because the 60 seconds thing

lol i was in hunger game me and joker were left. HE had a sick diamond armour and i had a stick sooo i dig a deep hole and went in so he cant see my name and i left he got bored and BOOM i won !
