Why were you banned if given reason : I was walking around and i found some rails and i took them, but i thought that the rails dont have any owner because there were only some rails

Give me your side of the story of whatever happened: i only took some rails because i thought that the rails dont have any owner

Denied, grief is grief, why would you think rails don't belong to somebody when they were placed by the owner of the town you took them from.
